Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product(s) Received
Be sure to always inspect your order thoroughly. If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please email Customer Service at KandidlyKreated@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days). When sending an email, remember to include your name, order #, description of the defect/damage, and pictures. Customer Service will respond within 72 hours (3 days) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will handle shipping costs associated with sending replacement product(s) for damaged, defective, or wrong product(s) received only. If the damaged, defective, or wrong product(s) received are no longer in stock, Customer Service will provide an alternative solution within the designated timeframe.

Product Materials
WaistBeads
We currently sell handmade tie-on waistbeads made from 100% mercerized cotton thread.
Bracelets
We currently sell hand crafted bracelets made of elastic cord.
Anklets
We currently sell hand crafted anklets made of elastic cord.
Necklaces
Approximately 24 inches of stainless steel chain.
Beads
All jewelry pieces are made with glass beads in a variety shapes, colors, and sizes (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm).
Crystals/Semi-Precious Gemstones
We have a variety of crystal chips/semi-precious gemstone chips measuring approximately 4-9mm. Please keep in mind the gemstone chips are irregularly shaped and will add a unique look to any design.
Heishi Flat Disc Beads
6mm polymer clay beads also known as flat disc vinyl chips/beads.

Kiddie Korner Kollection Jewelry Disclaimer
Any jewelry items from the Kandidly Kreated Kiddie Korner Kollection should be worn only under the direct supervision of an adult. All jewelry is constructed of plastic beads, stones, polymer clay beads, elastic, findings, and other items that are considered to be a choking hazard for all young children including babies. Parents/Adults please be mindful and do not allow children to accidentally ingest and/or swallow any of the jewelry parts due to placing the products in their mouths. The Kiddie Korner Kollection is intended for children ages 6 years old and older.
